Issues on the NS9 server have now been resolved.

Those on our NS9 server may currently be experiencing downtime. We are working to resolve this and all services should be up and running shortly, otherwise we will proceed to migrate services to another server as soon as possible.

All servers are now up and running.

Submitted by Support at 0:00 on 4/2/2011 Dear Customer, We have experienced a power outage in our BlueSquare 1, Maidenhead location. This has affected all equipment located in BlueSquare 1. We have engineers attending on site to ensure all servers come back online correctly. We have not yet heard from BlueSquare as to the cause of the outage, however, we have been informed that BlueSquare 1 is running on generator power, and as such, service should still be considered "at risk" Thank you.

Hi All, We are still awaiting full details but below is a brief description of the outage so far. At 23:09 03/02/2011 BSQ1 lost power to the building, power has now been restored and the building is currently operating on generators. Data centre staff are bringing racks online one by one and we have engineers on route to the facility. Please standby for further updates, Support.
